While waiting to be seated and while we ate, we were emtertained by Tisha(from season 14 of 'The Voice'. Our sandwiches were delicious and so big, we only ate half, saving the other halves for dinner the next evening. She said she our persistence inspired her to work really hard at getting us a room, and at a good price. She was awesome! Eventually, she was able to find us a room. We kept checking in with the rep at the desk, Kiera. When we got there, they were booked, but put our name on a waiting list, hoping for a cancelation.

On New Year's Eve, while looking for a new place, we thought of River City Casino because it is close to where we live. This year, we found out the night before that it was cancelled because someone had passed away.

The last few years, we have gone to a hotel near the airport, enjoying their party and accommodations.
